Support, not labels. Solutions, not "forced diagnosis".

Looking for practical support in Bolesławiec or online—without the "hospital vibe"? We offer counselling and psychosocial training to work on stress, relationships, emotions, and everyday functioning. No medical diagnoses and no treatment; if medical support is needed, we help you choose the right pathway.

About Us

In Poland, it’s often assumed that every crisis requires a doctor or long-term “therapy”. We work differently: in a counselling and psychosocial support model—practical, accessible, and without stigma. We’re inspired by the AU/UK/USA approach: early support, easy access, and real tools you can use in everyday life.

Many difficulties (stress, burnout, overload, relationship conflict, parenting challenges) don’t require a label—just clarity, skills, and a concrete plan.

✅ Practical approach: CBT-informed tools and Solution-Focused work (SFBT) — short exercises, tasks, and strategies you can use immediately.

✅ Here & now: together we set goals, priorities, and actionable steps between sessions.

✅ No medical diagnosis and no pharmacotherapy: we do not provide medical diagnoses; if medical/psychiatric support is needed, we help you choose the right pathway.

✅ Interdisciplinary team: counsellors, support specialists, educators, and a medical consultant—so the support matches your situation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Knowledge to help you decide

Who is online counselling (online sessions) for? +

Online counselling (often casually called “online therapy”) is for people who want practical support with stress, relationships, emotions, and everyday functioning—especially when they need flexibility, live abroad, or prefer to meet from home. A stable connection and a quiet space are usually enough to get started.

What’s the difference between a psychologist and a counsellor (certified psychosocial counsellor)? +

A psychologist holds a Master’s degree in psychology and professional practice rights (in regulated systems—typically linked to an official register). A counsellor / certified psychosocial counsellor may have different base education (e.g., psychology, education/pedagogy, or other helping fields), with their counselling preparation confirmed through training and certification. In practice: psychologists more often work in assessment/clinical services, while counsellors focus on support, skills training, psychoeducation, and functioning.

Psychotherapy vs psychosocial counselling/support — what’s the difference? +

Psychotherapy is a specialist form of treatment work, often linked to clinical mental health conditions. Psychosocial counselling/support focuses on skills, resources, psychoeducation, and practical strategies for situational difficulties. Our model does not replace medical treatment or clinical diagnosis—if needed, we discuss referral options with you.

Do you provide diagnosis? +

We do not offer clinical diagnosis as a core service. If diagnostic or medical consultation seems necessary, we discuss it with you and support referral to an appropriate specialist (with your consent).

Do you treat illnesses? +

We do not provide medical treatment. We provide support, psychoeducation, and skills-based work (counselling, psychosocial training) to help people manage emotions and situational symptoms (e.g., stress overload, tension, relationship difficulties).

Do you issue certificates and opinions for courts / schools / institutions? +

Yes. We distinguish: (1) Certificates — shorter confirmations (usually a few pages) covering session dates, format, scope of work, exercises, and relevant observations (as appropriate and with consent). (2) Extended written opinions — comprehensive, multi-page situational reports based on the work completed and tools used. These are private opinions and do not replace court-appointed expert assessments.

Do you support court-ordered processes (e.g., parenting competencies)? +

Yes—starting with an initial review of the case documentation. We recommend an assessment meeting first, then define goals aligned with the court documents, agree on the number/frequency of sessions, and provide progress confirmation/reporting where appropriate and consented.

How do I prepare for the first session? +

No special preparation is required. A quiet space, stable internet (for online), and a simple goal (what you want to improve) is enough—your specialist will guide the process.
