Certificates and private reports
An attendance certificate and a detailed private assessment report are different types of documents, with different purposes and fees.
Attendance certificate — 300 PLN
The published service description specifies a minimum of two sessions and preparation within seven working days. A certificate can confirm participation and the appropriate limited scope of services.
Private psychopedagogical report — from 5,000 PLN
A more extensive private report requires separate assessment work and agreed terms. The final fee depends on the scope.
Use in formal proceedings
Private documents are not the same as an opinion issued by a court-appointed expert. The receiving court or authority determines their evidential value.
Privacy and consent
Sharing information about an individual with an external recipient requires an appropriate legal basis and verification of the intended recipient.
