Developmental Activities and Therapy for Children

Social Skills Training (SST) workshops are group sessions aimed at developing and improving social skills in children and adolescents. Under the guidance of an experienced child psychologist, participants learn how to handle various social situations, build relationships, express their needs, and effectively communicate emotions.

Who is SST for?

The sessions are dedicated to children and adolescents who want to improve their functioning in social situations, have difficulty making friends, experience anxiety, or want to enhance assertiveness and communication.

Age groups:

• 7-9 years old group: Games that teach cooperation and coping with emotions.
• 10-12 years old group: Developing assertiveness and better communication.
• 13-17 years old group: Focus on self-presentation, negotiation, and stress management.

Sensory Integration (SI) is the process by which the brain organizes and interprets information from all the senses. Disorders in this area can lead to difficulties in learning, behavior, and motor coordination. Our therapy aims to help children better process sensory stimuli through play-based learning.
