How do you onboard new people? add

The first two weeks focus on onboarding with the coordinator, shadowing experienced specialists and understanding procedures. After one month we review progress and update the development plan.

Are tools and documentation provided? add

Yes. We provide a secure case management system, templates, psychoeducational materials and licenses for remote work tools together with training.

Can I pitch my own social project? add

Definitely. Each quarter we host a project pitch session. We help you design the budget, timeline and outreach, and we fund outstanding initiatives.
